From Bellegarde sur Valserine station (TGV direct from Paris 2h35) then 1h15 drive or from St Gervais les bains le Fayet (TGV direct from Paris 4h35) then 25 minutes drive. We can then organize the transfer for you with our service provider.
There is also a connection with the TER train to Chamonix Mont-Blanc station.

Chamonix is well served, notably by the N205 and the Autoroute Blanche, the A40, linked to the European motorway network. From Chamonix, by car, you are : 2.5km from the Mont-Blanc Tunnel / 108km from Annecy / 89km from Geneva / 2h30 from Lyon.

Can disabled guests stay at the hotel?
Our hotel is happy to welcome guests with disabilities. We have 2 Prestige rooms specially adapted for people with reduced mobility, and our staff are trained to welcome guests with all types of disability.
Do I need to rent a car?
There's no need to rent a car. Our hotel is right in the center of town, so you can get around Chamonix on foot to all points of interest (Aiguille du Midi, Montenvers train...). A shuttle bus is available to take you to the ski areas in winter. Don't hesitate to contact reception for any transfers within Chamonix. For transfers to/from the nearest airport (Geneva Cornavin), we would be delighted to organize a shared or private transfer with our service providers.
Where can I park?
Our hotel has a private outdoor parking lot, which costs €25 per day per vehicle. This is equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles, and an additional charge of €20 is available for your stay.
Is it possible to rent bicycles?
The hotel does not have bicycles, but you can rent them in some sports stores near the hotel. Only during the summer season.
What are the arrival and departure times?
Our rooms are guaranteed from 3:00 pm and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, if your accommodation is not reserved afterwards or if you agree to occupy another available room.
Is it possible to access the internet in the hotel?
Free wifi is available throughout the hotel.
How are the rooms equipped?
Our rooms are equipped as follows: Flat-screen TV, Mini Bar, Safe, Slippers & bathrobes, Clarins welcome products, Bluetooth speaker, Coffee machine, tea set.
Are there different types of pillows in the room?
We offer hypoallergenic, feather, memory foam and synthetic pillows. Please specify your preferences when booking.
May I smoke?
Smoking and vaping are prohibited in rooms and on hotel premises.
How often are towels and bed linen changed?
Bed linen is changed every 2 days. Towels in the bath or shower will be replaced. If you would like them changed more often, or if you would like us to provide you with additional towels and linen, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How often are the rooms cleaned?
Rooms are cleaned daily between 9am and 5pm. A blanket service is offered in the evening between 7pm and 9pm.
Can I bring a pet?
Pets are welcome at an extra charge of €25 per day.
Are the rooms air-conditioned?
Our rooms are not air-conditioned. Only our 100m² Suite Penthouse is air-conditioned. Fans are available on request.
Is the pool heated?
Our outdoor pool is heated all year round to 28°C.
Is the Spa accessible without a reservation?
For hotel guests, the spa is accessible without reservation.
How do I make a restaurant reservation?

Is the hotel ski-in ski-out?
Our establishment is not located next to the ski slopes (3 minutes by car for the nearest ones). A free hotel shuttle can take you to the different ski areas.
How do I rent skis?
The hotel works in partnership with the Sanglard store in the center of town, giving you a 15% discount on rentals. Your skis will be delivered to the hotel and collected by the store on the day of your departure. Each room has its own ski locker, so you can store your equipment in the ski room.
How do I book my ski lessons?
You can send your request by email to [email protected]. The concierge service will take care of your reservation with the ESF.
Can you prepare my packages for me?
Packages can be purchased at the hotel reception desk. They must be paid on receipt and are non-refundable.
Is there a laundry service?
We can clean your linen at the hotel. This will be available within 24 hours and charged to your room.
Are children allowed in the pool/spa?
Under supervision, children have unlimited access to the swimming pool. Access to the sauna & hammam is forbidden to children under 16.
